On December 31, 2003, Rainmarket (formerly Virginia Creeper) gave permission to John Kelly for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
John wrote us with heads up and policy notes:
Hi. I'm trying to see if I could get Rainmarket (formerly Virginia
Creeper) added to the list of bands on the Live Music Archive. Before
their show last night, I was talking to Hank Leber, their bassist, and
he said that he would love to see them up there. If you need to
contact him directly, you can email him...
They allow any and all recording at their shows; soundboard feeds are
given if possible and they are totally cool with video recording.
If you have any other questions feel free to respond to this email and
I could pass it along to the band, or just email Hank directly.
Thanks!

Then Hank also replied directly 1/6/03:
